The most asked questions are what airports do we send to. If it is an airport that has Qantas planes, then we go there.
The main center airports are free freight but to NT, TAS and secondary airports there is a surcharge of between 5 and 15 dollars per 20kg carton.
We just dont do shipments under 190 dollars due to the cost of packing and time spent on assesing an order.
At the moment we also do not get cleaner shrimp.
Only pepermint shrimp from time to time.
Acans--Dont ask about acans if you are an overseas customer due to the fact all our few acans currently go to one main customer in Toronto,NAFB. You would need to contact them if you are in north America at the moment and Amblard if you are in france.
Why do we have a $190 min?
The reason we have a minimum order is because a carton costs us with packageing around 20 dollars, and a connote to the airline for each shipment is 23 dollars, then we give free freight!
We will continue this till the end of the year of 2009 then look at changes. This is because when we set it up 4 years ago our freight rates and carton costs were a lot lower.
We are asked about secondary airports all the time. Below is a list of all the airports we can do in Australia outside the main centers.
The extra costs varies from place to place but about 15 dollars per 20 kg carton will usually do it.
