We will endevour to answer emails within a day, but it may take longer if we have a heavy workload that day - we do sleep sometimes.
We don't give out our phone or fax numbers as our current staff are busy all day either packing orders from our current customers or attending to essential cleaning and feeding. This may change in the future when we are able to dedicate staff to internet service.
